Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 7–14 business days for delivery within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages

PureScrapr is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
