Refund Policy
At PureScrapr, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@purescrapr.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@purescrapr.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@purescrapr.com.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
